Park Road is a quiet road right in the middle of Swanage.

The house is 100 yards from the beach and the park going out to Peveril Point.

The house sleeps 18 people.

10 Park Road is an 8 bedroom town house with a large first floor sitting room and a ground floor dining room that comfortably seats 20.

The whole Town Centre is within 400 yards including shops, pubs, restaurants, the pier and the steam train station.

The main holiday activities locally are sailing (dinghys at Swanage, yachts - safe anchorage at Swanage, marinas etc in Poole Harbour, windsurfers mainly in Poole Harbour) diving, golf, walking (cliffs, hills and SSSIs) and beaches (town beach and 4 mile sandy beach at studland).
