Set in a beautiful secluded valley, between Dartmouth and Salcombe in South Devon, our comfortable cottages await you. Relax....breathe the clean, fresh air. Listen to the peace. Savour the space. Unwind by a log fire, enjoy the indoor heated pool, sauna and woodland trail.  Fish the lakes. Walk the coast and countryside. Have fun on the beach and sea close by.

Our stone cottages, on this former farmstead, are spacious, tastefully furnished with quality fittings and thoughtfully equipped to make you stay go smoothly.

Each cottage has a private patio, garden furniture, barbeque, car parking directly outside the property, linen and towels (except for cot linen and beach/swimming pool towels), hair dryers, and a fully equipped kitchen. 

There are five cottages, Brown Trout which sleeps 4, Badger and Dovecote Cottages which sleep up 6/7, and Fingerling Barn which sleeps 7.
