Situated at the end of Bronshill Road overlooking both Bronshill Road and Windsor Road. The home is registered with Devon County Council for the retired and can accommodate twenty one guests at any one time. It is near enough to St. Marychurch to be able to get to the beautiful beaches when you wish to do so, but far enough away that you are not bothered by the holiday visitors. As well as being on a bus route (the bus stops outside the Bronshill), there is a large car park for your visitors at the front of the building and large gardens at the rear. In order to make life as easy for those who prefer to sleep at the first floor level, a passenger lift has been installed for your convenience. The Bronshill has been altered to accommodate an additional five rooms. These have en suite facilities and are situated on the ground floor. All residents have the privacy of a room of their own with the right to shut themselves in, and the world out whenever they want to. We believe that you are what you eat, so excellent food is provided (and plenty of it); including special diets for those who want them.
